Short black espresso coffee

6 - 7 g of ground Franck espresso coffee
approx. 1/2 of small coffee cup is prepared
.

 

White coffee

6 - 7 g of ground Franck espresso coffee – approx. 1/2 of large cup of coffee and
100 -120 ml of milk
warm milk is poured over black coffee and milk foam is added, all three in same quantities (one third of coffee, one third of milk and one third of milk foam).

 

Cappuccino

6 - 7 g of ground Franck espresso coffee give approx. 1/2 of large cup of coffee, milk foam is added
Milk is foamed by using hot steam in the machine, then we leave the foam to ‘’settle’’ while making espresso coffee. Long black coffee is poured over by the same amount of milk foam as there is coffee.

 

Coffee with cream

6 - 7 g of ground Franck espresso coffee give approx. 1/2 of large cup of coffee, whipped cream is added

 

Machiatto

6 - 7 g of ground Franck espresso coffee
approx. 1/2 of small coffee cup of coffee is prepared, while a small amount of warm foamed milk is added
